Kids SUP Class ages 9yrs & up

Kids SUP Class runs June-early Sept and is for kids ages 9yrs and older. They must know how to swim. You may Add a Child to your account and Pay For them too. This must be done via a laptop/desktop, not the app.

This is our specialty! Anyone can work you out. We take care of you. Come feel the difference and see results!

Work with a Certified Personal Trainer in a group of 3-6 people. We tailor the workout so it is personal based on your health history and goals.

Hours of Operation

The studio is open and staffed when class is in session and during training sessions. Private events and workshops will be scheduled.

Our workouts consist of personal & small group training plus land and water classes. This means no ellipticals or treadmills—you are your own machine! Because of this, the studio is only open when class and sessions are taking place. If you’d like to check out the studio, email or call us to set up a time to come by. 

Pricing

Monthly membership packages are available. 

All classes must be registered and paid in advance.

 

Clients may sign up for classes one month in advance of the class date.

 

Since space is limited, class sign up must be done in advance so we can ensure there’s enough space and equipment for everyone.

Release of Liability Waiver

All clients must sign and submit a waiver before participating in a root SUP & Fitness program or class. Please click the button to access our waiver. You may print and turn in the signed waiver at the start of your scheduled class/program.

Class Cancellation Policy

It is important that when you sign up for classes – you show up! If you must cancel, please do so via your MINDBODY account at least 4 hours prior to your scheduled class.  If you cancel after the 4 hour window or "late cancel" you forfeit your spot and will be charged for that class.  Early Morning Classes (5/6am) must be canceled by 8pm the night prior or it will be considered a Late Cancel. We do not offer refunds for missed classes.

Personal Training Cancellation Policy

Sign up and show up! If you must cancel, please do so via your MINDBODY account at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.  If you cancel after the 24 hour window or "late cancel" you forfeit your spot and will be charged for that appointment.  We do not offer refunds for missed appointments.

Wait List

If you are moved into a class from the wait list, you will receive an email notification. Send us a reply ASAP to confirm your spot or let us know you can not make it so we can keep moving down the wait list.
