Personal Training is private one on one training that is 100% focused on you and your specific goals.
Small Group Training consists of a group of 3-4 people allowing for a variety of modifications and alternate exercises geared towards each client's needs and goals. Small group training also promotes social interaction and support while being more affordable.
Large Group Training consists of a group of 5-8 people allowing for lots of modifications/options. Promotes social interaction and fun while being more affordable.
