Simple Snacking: Yogurt Bark

This snack is so quick and easy to put together and it's a delicious and refreshing treat to grab during these hot and busy summer months. All you need is some plain (non fat) greek yogurt to use as your canvas and you can create this anyway you like it. Ingredients 2 cups nonfat plain greek yogurt 1/4 cup pure maple syrup (or agave if you prefer) 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract raspberries, sliced blueberries toppings of choice: unsweetened coconut flakes chopped nuts granola Instructions Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper Mix the yogurt, sweetener and vanilla together Spread the yogurt mixture evenly onto the prepared pan Decorate the yogurt with fruit (you can use whatever

I love a good smoothie. I know that I am super late to the picturesque smoothie bowl party but, quite frankly I never saw the point until I finally made one- and now I’m not sure there is any turning back!!
