Outdoor Fitness is happening!
Your safety is our utmost concern! Following the state guidelines of social distancing and keeping classes to 9 participants (10 are permitted including instructor) we are committed to helping our community Feel Good and Live Better!
Outdoor classes include rootcamps, yoga, and Pilates. As always, one of our specialties is Personal/Small Group Personal Training. Sessions will take place outdoors.
